Founder

I founded this firm to give employees the representation they deserve—focused, strategic, and trial-ready.

After graduating from USC Gould School of Law, I began my career defending employers in employment law cases. That experience now gives my clients a distinct advantage: I understand how employers and their attorneys evaluate, defend, and litigate these cases. I use that insight to anticipate defenses early and build strategies designed to win. I later joined one of the country’s leading plaintiff-side employment law firms, where I aggressively represented employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters, handling high-stakes cases and preparing them for trial.

In my own practice, I intentionally maintain a focused caseload so every client receives individual attention and direct access to the managing attorney—something you simply don’t get at larger firms. I prepare every case as if it will be tried, and I am not afraid to take cases all the way. Employers know I don’t posture, and I don’t back down.

Before law school, I served two years in the Israeli Defense Forces, an experience that instilled discipline, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure—qualities I bring to every case I litigate. Outside of work, I spend quality time with my wife and two daughters.
